Control Options

Hold Down Brackets
Hold down brackets are meant for holding down the bottom rail so that the product doesn't move when a door is being opened or closed after mounting. For outside mount only.

Valance Return Options
Valances cover the top of the headrail to give a more professional look. If you have 3.5 inches of depth for this install you will need no valance returns. Valance returns are small 45 degree cut pieces that go back to your wall and cover any protruding hardware from the side of the window. Rule of thumb is measure your depth and deduct that depth measure from 3 inches and order a return for that difference in depth. This will cover the ugly mounting hardware from the the side view.

Mounting Options
For inside mount, manufacturers will take 1/2" deduction from ordered width. For outside mount, manufacturers will not take a deduction. CAUTION: if you do not have 3" of depth to mount this product, you will need to tell us what size valance return you need for each blind in the comment box.

Max width for 2 under one blinds is 120. To order a 2 under 1 between 84 and 120 width, please email or call us and we can assist.

Spacers or Extension Brackets
Spacers are needed if you are mounting over molding and need the bracket to come forward or mounting above the molding and need to make up the difference in molding depth to mount on the wall above the molding.

Bali Blinds 2.5" Composite Faux Wood blinds are made with moisture-proof composite so slats are easy to clean and will not warp in high-humidity areas. Available in light and dark solid colors. Tilt Type

Wand Tilt

Color-coordinated wood wand rotates left or right to tilt the blinds and adjust the privacy and light levels in the room.
Cord Tilt

This standard control uses two color-coordinated cords instead of a wand to tilt the blind. Cords include color-coordinated tassels.
Cordless Lift with Wand Tilt

The elimination of dangling cords improves safety in the home and provides a cleaner appearance. Wand tilt standard.

Standard Valance

Attractive 2 1/2" valance features a clean, simple profile. Standard valance makes a great finishing touch for Wood and Faux Wood Blinds alike.
Eloquence Valance

This 3 1/4" valance features attractively contoured lines that complement virtually any molding style.

Tips To Remember:
Use a steel measuring tape
Round down to the nearest 1/8" for width
Round up to the nearest 1/8" for height
See Product Specifications for more specific product info.
Sizes should always be provided in this format: Width x Height
On any measurement given, the factory does have a +/- 1/8 of an inch variance    allowance.

Measure For Wood or Faux Wood Blinds

Inside Mount Width

•    Measure the exact width (left to right) of the inside edge of the window frame in three places (top, middle and bottom).
•    Take the smallest of the three measurements to the nearest 1/8 of an inch.
•    The factory will take an approximate 1/2 of an inch deduction from the total width to a lot for brackets and correct installation.

Inside Mount Height

•    Measure the exact height (top to bottom) from the top inside edge down to the window sill in three spots across window.
•    Take the largest of the three measurements.

Outside Mount Width

•    Measure the exact width (left to right) of the wooden or metal window frame (outer edge) OR how wide you want the product to be.
•    Be sure to measure wide enough as to cover the entire window plus offer enough coverage to avoid light or privacy gap. 2 inches past the opening on EACH side is suggested if you do not have molding/trim.
•    An Outside Valance with returns will be wider than the ordered width to accommodate covering the headrail and mount.

Outside Mount Height

•    Measure the top and bottom edge of window frame/trim. If no trim, be sure you provide the height you want the shade to be from top of the headrail to bottom of the bottom rail.
•    Be sure to allot for coverage for light control and mounting hardware if mounting above window opening to wall surface. You will need 2 inches of surface area to mount above opening. Call us for further instruction if needed.

Do you charge for shipping?

Shipping is included in most products online. The exceptions are Norm Brand and freight sizes. Shipping fees will be seen prior to ordering in your cart. There may be freight exceptions depending on quantity of freight items in your order. All vendors have different freight policies. So you may receive an email or call in the unusual circumstance where additional charges apply.

Hawaii and Alaska Deliveries: Surcharges are online and will apply to your order for most products shipping to Alaska or Hawaii. However there are some cases with larger orders, etc where you may get a call from us with additional charges for orders shipping here.

How long does shipping take?

Shipping of your custom product(s) with few exceptions take between 2-3 weeks from the time of ordering. Our Quick Ship branded products usually ship within 5 business days depending on the current supply and demand of the product.

All products are custom so the factories take time to process and make each item.

Exceptions:

Freight items over 90 inches will take a few days longer as they ship by freight handlers. Shutters and some woven wood programs take longer than 2-3 weeks. The 4 Week Norm Shutter program usually arrives within 4-5 weeks. All other Shutter programs take approximately 7-10 weeks. As will all shipping, holidays will affect the ship times.
