Happy Customer indeed. Last year I installed all new wood blinds for the first floor of my home. What an upgrade compared to the old cellulars I had. I've been so happy with them that I'm back to do the whole second floor this week !! Thank you !

I bought a rather large order of blinds and when it arrived there were some problems with missing parts. I suspect that a lot of it was due to the shipper. Regardless, Customer Service was a joy to deal with. Cheri M. saw to it that everything was made right in an extremely fast time frame. I couldn't be happier with the quality of the blinds I ordered, the very fair price and, of course, their devotion to customer service. This is what Total Quality Management is all about. After searching many of your competition ,I really got an education about ordering Blinds. I saw "an extra 20% off today"
and "Buy 3 and get one free" and "order now the prices are going up. In the end I came back to your site for an honest
price with no trumped up false discounts. After calling one of the manufacturers, about the price increase only to find out"
there wasn't any price increase, it was all a scam. Again thank for being honest and its no wonder you have an A+ Business

Wow I can't believe I just had the same experience and it sounds like the same web site with all this coupon and that coupon
and in the end, I found out it wasn't even the same product we were comparing. After reading the previous post, I actually phoned
the manufacturer that I was buying a product from directly and they confirmed that there was no price increase going on. I paid a
little more for the product that I wanted but felt better dealing with an honest company. And just for the record, the customer service
people were great, I must have kept them on the phone for 30 mins.. I too will recommend you company to whoever I know that needs blinds.

It was so refreshing to find a company that was more concerned about my needs rather the the almighty dollar. Price is always important during this difficult times, but so is customer service. I almost got pressured into buying blinds from one of your competitors. They were saying that the price was going up Today when only to find out it was false information. I have since gone back to that web site and found that every week they change their message to say that Friday the prices were going up. I have contacted the State Attorney General in our state to report them. Sadly they say that as long as they change it every week it implies that the site is raising prices not the manufacturer so even though it is a grey area, there isn't anything they could do. They also informed me that they are watching that site because of many of these same questions. Anyway....you guys were great and lead me to the right product and actually saved me money in the end. I have recommended you to so many people!!!!!!
